This is a women only, Transformational Retreat, including a Radical Self Love Training! This retreat is focused on healing, rising and ascending.   We will be journeying through my retreat workbook, with my proven program to raise your vibration and assist you into rising into your greatness.

We will cover topics of shifting out of unworthiness into empowered self love and confidence, working on your physical body through yoga and clean eating (vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy free meals) from some of the best chefs in Ubud, which is now a cultural food destination because of all of the good food they have there.

We will work on mental freedom, by releasing you from the bondages of the mind, limiting beliefs and self sabotage that we so often do to ourselves.

We work on freeing the emotions, experiencing vibrant energy and accessing your vital inner power.

We will be experiencing several sacred ceremonies and exploring the essence of the Balinese culture.

Something profound happens when you decide to commit to a week long retreat where you eat clean, do yoga, attend powerful workshops, do energy work and try new things.  An alchemical process happens when you commit to spending an extended period of time on yourself and get out of the busy of life.  As long as you stay open to the process and not try to fight it, but instead relax into it, you can’t help but to release some of your old patterns that are no longer serving you and step into your truth.  I witness this any time I take a group on a retreat.  It happens more effortlessly than when we are at home, caught up in our day to day life.  We can’t go as deep because something is always pulling us back into our reality of kids, job, house, etc.

This review is way overdue, since it’s been a few months since my retreat with Erin. It was such a powerful experience that I wanted to wait until I had more of a grasp on just how much that experience changed me. My life was pretty tumultuous before I took this journey. Firstly, Erin did such a thoughtful job with everything about this retreat. She carefully planned workshops, adventures, yoga classes of all kinds and a bunch of extra goodies. Secondly, I trust her implicitly and knew she she could guide me on such a powerful journey. I feel like I learned more about myself in one week than I have in certain entire years. I laughed, I cried, I realized, I stumbled, I speared, I got out of my comfort zone and I stepped into my authenticity. Talk about alchemy! And Erin held space for all of it. And for all of us. And I got to take all those treasures of my own being with me when I left. Since my retreat I have been better able to look within to find solutions to my obstacles and to find the stillness and peace within myself. I hope to able to journey with Erin again someday, and build upon my first experience. I feel more confident in my life because of this trip. All of the pictures above in both sections above are from the beautiful place we will be staying.  It is called Shanti, which means peace.  We will be having our yoga classes and eating our meals at the state-of-the-art kitchen Alchemy.  This is home to the raw food training school Alchemy Academy.  Our home for the week is the perfect place of serenity and peace to be able to transform.  We will have the whole place to ourselves for this week long retreat to be able to be in community and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The Food

A delicious and nutritious diet is crucial to a successful retreat experience. Head chef Wayan will prepare healthy, high vibrational meals using all organic and locally sourced produce,  and brain-boosting fats like coconut oil. This is a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and sugar-free event. We will happily accommodate a vegan lifestyle, as well as any food allergies. Take this time to give your body time to detox from the stress of everyday life by eating this specially prepared, very delicious vegetarian diet!

Dewa Suarjuna is one of the happiest and brightest people I know!  His smile will light up a room.  He has served many roles in his hometown of Ubud working for some of the best restaurants in the Ubud area in management roles.  He will be our guide to Ubud and beyond and taking you all on the sacred journey to Tirta Empul-the holy water temple.  He is my trusted guide and will show you around his beautiful island with delight and grace.

Erin McGuire (that’s me!).  I have been a fan of Bali since I first visited back in 2007.  I have since been back five times and even lived there for 5 months in 2011.  Bali feels like home to me and I dream about it and miss it when I am not there.  I am a mindset coach and energy wellness expert.  I am also a Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer.  I have been doing yoga since 2007 and my life has changed from all that I have learned through these sacred practices.

My mission is inspiring women to rise into their greatness and live a life that they love.  I do this through my coaching and healing work, retreats, workshops, yoga, writing and speaking.  I absolutely love what I do and have a passion for taking you out of self defeating patterns of not good enough and unworthiness and into loving who you are and feeling empowered.  In fact my mission during my lifetime is to eradicate the feeling of unworthiness and not good enough, to the extent that I can!  I feel so strongly that when you can let these destructive patterns go your whole life changes.  When you feel good about yourself, you treat everyone around you better and so the ripple effect happens.

This will be my third group that I am taking to Ubud and the experience is unlike any other.  When you combine the beauty and sacredness of Bali, with eating healthy meals, seeing amazing sites, my coaching and healing work and yoga for a week, you will up-level in ways you didn’t even know were possible!

Last, but not least Head Chef Wayan.  Where do I even begin with her?  I met Wayan when I lived in Bali in 2011.  She has been cooking raw food, vegan, vegetarian, and Balinese food since then and she only gets better and better at her skill.  She has trained with the top chefs and worked at all the hip, cool spots in Ubud using only the most cutting edge techniques in the raw and vegan food world.  She is now head chef at Zest restaurant in Ubud (THE hippest spot at the moment).  If you didn’t know it Ubud is a mecca for raw and vegan food.  It is on the cutting edge in my opinion.

We are SO lucky to be able to have her as our chef during this retreat for the first time.  (My dream come True!).  She is also the mother to 3 beautiful boys and another one of the brightest lights and sweetest angels that I know.  You will learn so much from her wisdom and how connected she is to the divine.  Her knowledge and use of plants for medicine is incredible.  Get ready for some of the best food of your life!

When booking your return flight back home, make sure that you choose an afternoon (preferably after 2pm) flight, the shuttle will leave Ubud around 10am depending when flights are.

Alcohol is not included and discouraged for many reasons.  Due to this being a detoxing, spiritual, transformative retreat I recommend refraining from alcohol as it takes us out of the present moment, numbs us to our senses and lowers our vibration.  During this week together we will be doing a lot of high vibe activity and you want to reap all the benefits of that.  Alcohol can desensitize some of that experience.  You have free will to do as you please, so if you choose to consume alcohol during the retreat I have a few requests:  to not consume it before, or during any retreat activities, that it be only beer or wine and to limit your intake.

Another thing to note: although this is a vegetarian retreat featuring many raw and vegan foods, I am not a practicing vegan, or vegetarian.  I do consume grass fed and organic meats in my diet, although I eat the majority of my daily meals vegan/vegetarian.  I do however, believe very strongly in taking breaks from how we eat in America and cleansing the body of toxins that we pick up through our food, water, environments and so on.  So I practice doing cleanses a few times a year.  I support all diets whether one consumes meat, or is a vegan, or vegetarian and that is something I require of people that come on retreat with me, that we all be supportive of one another.

My aim is to show you how to incorporate different foods into your diet for their healing properties and open your mind to being nourished in a new way by the foods you eat.  Leaving out some of the most inflammatory foods like gluten, dairy and sugar helps your body to detoxify and heal from the inside making you glow on the outside.  I am all about the glow and supporting the body in decreasing the aging process.


This is going to be a transformational retreat that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, peaceful and elevated.
