Below, are several guided meditations I have recorded for you to help you with a variety of different things.

Manifestation Meditation

During this guided meditation, I will take you through a series of opening up your chakras and taking you into the energy of creation.  In this space you will place your visualization of what you desire and work towards manifesting that.  In this space you will be in a Alpha brain wave and able to create from the subconscious mind, that does not know the difference between a real, or an imagined event.  Many of my clients and myself included have seen absolute miracles created from doing this meditation.  I highly recommend it!   I recommend doing this meditation a few times a week for at least a couple of months and then twice a week after that, but you can do this as much as you want.  This will be emailed to you in an mp3 format for use on any device.

AM/PM Meditation

This is two separate meditations one guided meditation for the morning and one for the evening.  Both are very good if you are wanting a basic meditation to follow to set the tone of your day and prepare you for a restful sleep.  Both will give you exactly what you need to create a regular meditation practice.  This will be emailed to you in an mp3 format for use on any device.

Inner Child Meditation

I tell my clients all the time, if you are suffering from anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, etc it is because your inner child is feeling this way.  We often did not get the love, or care we needed as children from our caregivers.  This meditation will walk you through a visualization process to be with your inner child and learn how to re-parent that child within.  Do this work with care and gentleness.  I am guiding the way for you.  I recommend doing this meditation a few times a week for at least a couple of months and then once a week after that.  It is very important, not to mention life-changing to heal the inner child within.  This will be emailed to you in an mp3 format for use on any device.

Healing the Fractured Self Meditation

We all have different parts of ourself that we wish to hide, or try and get rid of.  The part of us that thinks we aren’t good enough, the insecure parts of us, the scared parts. But the more we do that, the more those parts of ourselves show themselves.  What they want from us is to be healed and recognized, to be loved. This meditation will guide you into loving all parts of yourself and integrating them into you.   I recommend doing this meditation a few times a week for at least a couple of months and then once a week after that. This will be emailed to you in an mp3 format for use on any device.

Staying in the Flow Meditation

Staying in the Flow Meditation is designed to help those suffering from anxiety, or being unable to control your mind, find a way to get back into that calm state of mind.  Using a visualization that I guide you through in this meditation we will get you back on track and in the flow.  I recommend doing this meditation a few times a week for at least a month, then use once a week thereafter.  This will be emailed to you in an mp3 format for use on any device.
