Regulated + Radiant
Bali Healing Retreat
A week to soften, remember, and come home to yourself
This retreat is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into a slower, more sensual rhythm of life.
Nestled in the lush beauty of Bali, we’ll spend our days moving our bodies with intention, nourishing ourselves with vibrant food, immersing in healing practices, and connecting deeply—with ourselves, with one another, and with the sacred culture of the Balinese people.
This women’s retreat in Bali blends yoga, ceremony, rest, adventure, and meaningful connection in a way that supports deep healing and renewal.
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the pressure, and the constant doing. When we slow down, regulate our nervous systems, and reconnect with ourselves, we create space for clarity, joy, and lasting transformation.
January 31 – February 6, 2027 | Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
This Retreat May Be For You If...
You feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or feminine energy
You’re craving rest, beauty, and meaningful connection
You’ve been holding it all together and are ready to soften
You want to explore spirituality and healing in a grounded, embodied way
You feel called to experience Bali’s beauty, spirituality, and sacred traditions
- You are tired of constantly doing and are ready to receive, rest, and reflect
You do not need to be a yogi, healer, or spiritually advanced. You simply need to be open, curious, and willing to meet yourself honestly. Women from all backgrounds are welcome.
What You’ll Experience…
Daily Yoga + Embodied Movement
Gentle, intuitive yoga practices designed to reconnect you to your body—not push it. Classes will emphasize breath, flow, grounding, and feminine energy rather than performance or perfection.
Nourishing Food + Ritual Meals
Fresh, locally sourced vegetarian and vegan meals that support your nervous system, digestion, and vitality. Created by our private chef. Eating becomes a ritual of pleasure, presence, and care.
Healing + Integration Practices
Guided meditations, somatic practices, and group circles to help you release what you’ve been carrying and integrate what’s emerging.
No pressure to share more than you want. No fixing. Just space to be witnessed and held.
Sisterhood + Meaningful Connection
There is something profoundly healing about being seen by women who understand. We’ll cultivate authentic connection—without comparison, competition, or performance.
Many women leave with friendships that last long after the retreat ends.
Immersion in Balinese Culture
Bali is not merely a location—it is a living altar.
We will explore the sacred traditions of Bali, including:
Temple visits and offerings
Cultural ceremonies and rituals
Learning from the Balinese way of devotion, balance, and daily spirituality
This retreat honors Bali not as a backdrop, but as a teacher.
Leave with…
A deeper connection to your body and intuition
A calmer, more regulated nervous system
Reconnection to pleasure, creativity, and devotion
A renewed sense of trust in yourself and your inner wisdom
- Friendships and connections that continue long after the retreat ends
You may not be able to explain what shifted. But you will feel it in how you move through the world.
What Makes This Bali Women's Retreat Different?
This is not a hyper-curated, hustle-disguised-as-healing experience.
There is no pressure to transform overnight. No rigid schedules. No performative spirituality.
Instead, you’ll be invited into:
Slowness
Presence
Pleasure
Inner Listening
Integration
True feminine energy isn’t loud or forced. It’s receptive, intuitive, grounded, and deeply alive.
"I feel like I finally found myself there."

Meet Your Bali Retreat Team
Erin McGuire (that’s me!)
I first visited Bali in 2007 and have returned seven times since, even living there for five months in 2011. Bali feels like home to me, and sharing its beauty, spirituality, and healing traditions with other women is one of my greatest joys.
Through coaching, retreats, yoga, and healing work, I help women reconnect with themselves, release limiting patterns, and create lives that feel more aligned and meaningful.
This will be my fourth group retreat in Bali, and I feel deeply honored every time women trust me to guide them through this experience.
Dewa Suarjuna
Dewa is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I know. He has a deep love for Bali and its traditions, and sharing them with others is something he does beautifully.
He will be our guide throughout the retreat, leading us to sacred sites, cultural experiences, and Tirta Empul, Bali’s holy water temple. Dewa’s knowledge, warmth, and local perspective help guests experience the true heart of Bali.

- We strongly recommend arriving in Bali at least one day before the retreat begins. This helps avoid travel delays and ensures you are ready for shuttle pickup.
- We recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport for your first night in Bali. It is conveniently located near the airport and serves as our designated shuttle pickup location for the retreat.
- The retreat shuttle will pick guests up from the Hilton Garden Inn in the early afternoon on the retreat start date. If you stay elsewhere before the retreat begins, you will need to arrange transportation to the Hilton Garden Inn in time for shuttle pickup or make your own transportation arrangements to the retreat venue.
- Guests arriving in Bali on the retreat start date will need to arrange their own transportation to the retreat venue. Because flight delays are common, we are unable to hold the shuttle for same-day arrivals without impacting the rest of the group.
- For your return flight home, please book a departure after 2:00 PM on the final day of the retreat. The return shuttle typically leaves the retreat around 10:00 AM, depending on guests' flight schedules.
- Bali is a tropical island, and part of its beauty is being immersed in nature. While our accommodations are comfortable and well maintained, you may occasionally encounter geckos or other harmless tropical wildlife.
- Need help planning flights, hotels, or extending your stay? Erin offers personalized travel planning as an optional add-on service.

What kind of food is served? Do you support dietary restrictions/needs?
On the Bali retreat we serve vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan foods. While some have come on the retreat hesitant of eating that way, if they eat meat back home, they are surprised to find how full they feel, because all of the food we serve is so nutrient dense. We can accommodate gluten/dairy free. I eat meat and I enjoy taking the week to give my digestion a break and eat a detoxifying diet during this time.
