Why a Florida retreat?
I talk to a lot of people about retreats and often my clients are going through hard things in life that they need a break from, a sacred pause as I call it. They reach out to me and ask when my next retreat is and sometimes it is 6-9 months away. They need something now. Life is stressful now.
In November of 2023, my finance and I moved from Iowa to Florida. He got a promotion at his company’s Florida office and I wanted to be closer to my favorite place on earth…the ocean.
The ocean is so healing, sitting, or laying on the beach hearing the ocean waves, the seagulls and smelling that salty ocean air just does things to your whole being. You instantly relax, you are grounding with the Earth, you are getting all those negative ions that are super healing and the sunshine is feeding your energy system. It is a whole body healing. I love simply laying on the sand, my spine touching the earth, my whole body relaxes, my nervous system takes a giant sigh of relief and I feel so present and happy.
The science backs this up as well.
The presence of Negative Air Ions is credited for increasing psychological health, productivity, and overall well-being.
When I got here, I kept trying to find time to get a group together for a retreat in Florida and the timing was just not working out. I decided what if I offered this as a service to people at any time?
This is how my Florida Retreats came about.
We offer a service to you that can be a whole personal, or group retreat. Or it can be an add on to a vacation, or trip you are already planning on taking.
The healing power is very strong here. Let’s utilize it.

As long as you stay open to the process and not try to fight it, but instead relax into it, you can’t help but to release some of your old patterns that are no longer serving you and step into your truth.
I witness this any time I take a group on a retreat. It happens more effortlessly than when we are at home, caught up in our day to day life.
We can’t go as deep because something is always pulling us back into our reality of kids, job, house, and so on.

How does it work?
Once you have filled out your application and have your dates picked, you will receive an email from me to choose your activities and healing program.
You can choose how many days you would like and if you want any additional services. We can plan your whole vacation for you if you prefer. Then I will prepare your invoice and you can pay your deposit to hold your spot.
We offer trip planning, restaurant recommendations, healthy food delivery and more.
In addition, I offer VIP business days where you can plan to come and I will work with you on different aspects of your soul aligned business.
Beach and business is a perfect combination! Please include this in your application if you are interested.

- Your deposit is non-refundable and the remainder will be due at least 90 days from start date
- If you need any travel assistance with flights, hotel bookings, what to do before or after the retreat, or so on-I do offer that as a service. It is $150 per hour for me to help book anything for you and set up any tours, or plans before or after the retreat. Email me for that service. I know traveling can be overwhelming, I am here to take that all off of your plate.
