I have woken up to several panic attacks in the middle of the night recently.

I am in a major transitional period, I have been asking for the uplevel for a while now.

This uplevel has had me go into the deepest darkest shadows and feel pain at times.

Other times I have had such low energy I exist as a blob moving through life, spending more time than I would like to admit in bed.

So many old old trauma patterns have come up, to be witnessed and moved through.

Deep energetic clearings have happened.

It keeps going.

This is why so many stay where they are…it’s fucking hard.

You are going to be asked to look at things you didn’t even know were there, you will have to unravel parts of yourself that got tangled to keep you safe.

But there is no other way. It is the path to deep love and freedom and alignment.

Trauma response are two words that get my attention, I hope they get yours as well.

In order to change these patterns, we have to:

1️⃣ Bring a lot of awareness to them

2️⃣ Put a lot of ICK around the pattern

What do I mean? Right now your brain thinks these patterns are serving you and at a deep level it thinks they are keeping you safe and alive.

In order to change the pattern we have to write out all the ways this pattern is causing us pain.

I suggest you pick the one that stands out most for you and do the above exercise this week.

In order to heal we have to feel.
